Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 Woodland Hills California. The most junior and sole daughter of Richard McCormick. She was raised by a mother who was an housewife, and a father who worked as a teacher. Michael, Dennis, Kevin and her younger sister. McCormick began singing and dancing from a young age, and often performed puppet shows for the kids in her neighbourhood. When McCormick was 6years old, she took home the contest dubbed Baby Miss San Fernando Valley. The Jack Wormser Agency then contacted her to inquire if she would like to enter the show business. McCormick got her first big task when she was offered a role as a television commercial in 1964 to promote Mattel's latest doll"Baby Pettaburp." In the same year she was featured in an advertisement for Mattel's doll "Chatty Caty" and soon was cast at La Jolla Playhouse to play the role of the oldest daughter on the upcoming TV sitcom called The Brady Bunch. McCormick was portrayed as the youngest of three girls with two heads in The Brady Bunch TV comedy The Brady Bunch. Florence Henderson was the star, and Robert Reed was the father. The show ran for five years and the show proved to be a huge great success. McCormick revealed in Here's the story: Surviving Marcia Brady, and Finding My True Voice (published 2008) that it was in her fifth season on the show when she almost lost the virginity she had fought for. In the moment, she was just 16 years old, and he was 19. "It could have been a possibility," she said, "but the timing wasn't the right time the way it was for us."
